Environmental disasters have seem to hit this year more than ever. Each of our denominations is helping those who are recovering from disasters such as hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes and typhoons. Through UCP, you can donate to disaster relief online (select "Disaster Relief" in the "Give to" menu). The collection is donated through our denominations relief agencies: UMCOR (Methodist), Week of Compassion (Disciples), Disaster Ministries (United Church of Christ) and the Presbyterian Disaster Relief (Presbyterian).

While students are in the program, they also receive access to a school nurse, one hot meal per day, positive social interaction, and opportunities for artistic expression and learning to help them in their physical and mental development. UCP supports House of House financially. This year House of Hope seeks to build a technology lab.
