Tell me something Good
A 2026 UNITED CHRISTIAN PARISH LENT SERIES
Our Lent series, “Tell Me Something Good” focuses on what was central to Jesus’ life and ministry: radical welcome, love for neighbor, care for the vulnerable, nourishment for the hungry, nonviolence in the face of injustice. This Lent, may the teachings of Jesus lead us forward. Let the good news ground us. And let that good news inspire us to take action in a world desperate to hear, see, and taste what is good.

Come by the sanctuary to receive ashes from 9:30 AM-7 PM.

Lent Sermon Series: Tell Me Something Good
We need to be told something good now more than ever. As the news seems to constantly be filled with bad news, our minds are filled with chaos, our hearts are filled with grief and anger. We need good news especially now in these moments of division, violence, and fear. So, this Lenten season, we will focus on the good news of Jesus.
